Tennis Mixer & Exhibition Fundraiser

Open to the public

The public is welcome to join us on Friday, October 30, for a fun night of tennis and fundraising.  Masks and social distancing are strongly encouraged. Masks must be worn inside the Kiwi Pro Shop.

Please register in the Kiwi Pro-Shop, 321.773.2116, by 12:00 pm, Thursday, October 29.  A $20 donation is required to participate.  Costumes are encouraged, and all levels are welcome.  Food will be available for purchase, drink specials all night, and auction prizes to benefit the Angevine family.

Mixed tennis runs from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm, and all players must sign up by October 29.  At 7:00 pm, watch the Pro Exhibition with players: Joey Jones, Ruben VanOppen, Joe Romanelli, Artie Yentumi, Maria Sanchez, Cori Coffey, and 2 additional high-end players.  They will battle it out on courts 3 & 4.

All proceeds are to Paul Angevine, a local tennis player and captain of the Kiwanis A3 mixed team.  He and his family were hit from behind by a 15 passenger van at a red light on October 4th. His wife Ashley and three-year-old son Alex walked away with minor injuries, but Paul is paralyzed from the chest down.

Contact Jill Connolly 321.773.2116 to signup for the mixer or to donate directly.
